Grape varieties :
50 % Muscat petit grain. Vineyard planted in 2000 in rocky, schistose soil, situated 200 meters high on land facing north.
50 % Muscat of Alexandria. The vineyard was planted in 1955 in earthy schistose soil, situated 120 meters high, on land facing north.
Vinification :
Hand picking, pre-fermentation maceration for both varieties. Cooled to 7 degrees. Racking after 48 hours. Aging 9 months in stainless steel vats.
Tasting :
Appearance : Brilliant, pale gold.
Nose : Aromas of fresh fruits, and citrus fruit.
Palate : Lush, notes of exotic fruit well-balanced. Nice freshness, citrus fruit, grapefruit, berries of grapes.
Serve between 8 and 13 °C.
