Grape varieties :
100 % Syrah. Vineyard planted in 1975 in rocky, schistose soil, facing north.
Vinification :
Hand picking. Cold maceration for one weeks. Then, traditional maceration for two weeks. Gentle pressing. Maturing in stainless steel vats on the lees for twelve months.
Tasting :
Appearance : Red colour with purple tinge.
Nose : Nose of a beautiful complexity with notes of black fruits and sweet spices. Presence of floral notes dominated by violet.
Palate : The attack is round and fresh. The tannins are fleshy and well-rounded. Presence of a good balance and a good persistence on floral notes of violets and black fruits.
Serve between 14° and 16° C.
